Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely three-night stay, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff who made my trip enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the local market and find nearby eateries. The rooms were small but very clean. However, the shower design could use some improvement to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. Overall, it was great value for money, and I'd love to return.
I had a fantastic experience during my family's three-night stay, enjoying a clean and comfortable environment with easy access to local amenities and halal restaurants. However, I believe the hotel could improve by providing prayer direction in the rooms for Muslim guests and clearer labeling for non-halal food. Overall, it was worth the money for a family trip.
The hotel has a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally friendly and makes a big difference in the overall experience. However, the rooms can be quite small and some amenities, like the towels, need improvement. The dining options are limited, which might not meet everyone's expectations.
I had a mixed experience at the Bloom Hotel. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from Ben Thanh Market, and the rooftop dining area offers breathtaking views. However, the room quality left much to be desired, especially the shower facilities. The value for money is questionable, with certain aspects not aligning with the 'deluxe' naming. Overall, it’s a convenient spot but has clear areas for improvement.
